By accessing or using the Koolboks website, mobile applications, or purchasing any Koolboks product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Koolboks designs, sells and services solar-powered refrigeration solutions and related Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) financing. Product specifications, prices and availability may change without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment may be made upfront or via approved PAYG instalments. Title to the product passes only after full payment has been received.

If you purchase under PAYG, your freezer may be remotely locked via SMS unlock codes if scheduled payments are missed. Once all payments are completed, the device is permanently unlocked and ownership transfers to you.

Delivery timelines depend on location and stock. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Free delivery applies to orders above ₦1,000,000 within Nigeria.

Koolboks products are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or accidents.

Returns are accepted within the period stated on your invoice, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

All trademarks, logos, product designs and content on this site are the property of Koolboks and may not be used without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koolboks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
